On the twelfth anniversary of 911 we should all take a moment to appreciate our freedom and remember those who perished on that most darkest of days. Although many fell, they are not forgotten and will live on in our hearts forever.
Lladro Figurines has captured these feelings and emotions with the limited edition “A Tribute 911”. This incredible sculpture shows a policeman and a fireman contemplating the loss we all feel. Above them stands two statues of a woman holding a dove of peace signifying the hope we all share, that the future will be better than the past. Although we must move forward, We Will Never Forget.

This a powerful sculpture that conjures many feelings in me. That was a day that we will all remember forever. While I don’t collect Lladro I have purchased this piece and it holds a special place in my home. My prayers go out to all the police and firemen who risked their lives to save people they didn’t even know. They deserve everything we can do for them and I personally will never forget their sacrifice
